Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operational strategy and Business Unit P&L.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance management across back-office teams.
• Develop scalable processes to enable profitable growth and client program execution.
