Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Director, Operations to lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale DB/EPC programs across an assigned portfolio. You will own leadership of teams, client relationships, contract administration, and financial performance from pursuit through close-out.

You will supervise PMOs, drive project strategy, and coordinate with executive management on operational decisions, ensuring safety, schedule and cost outcomes

Qualificações

• 10+ years in operational or program management of large-scale power delivery and electrical infrastructure.
• 7+ years of direct people leadership managing multi-functional project delivery teams.
• Experience managing GMP, cost-plus, and lump-sum contracts at the program level.
• Strong communication and executive-level stakeholder engagement with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PMO leadership and direct Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and support staff.
• Oversee DB/EPC project delivery from inception through close-out across multiple sites and portfolios.
• Manage contract administration, risk, schedule, and cost performance.
• Lead client-facing communications including status reporting and issue resolution.
• Drive health, safety, quality assurance, and compliance across programs.
