Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex DB/EPC data center projects, overseeing design, procurement, and construction. You will coordinate directly with enterprise clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include managing contracts, schedules, and budgets, while driving value engineering and effective communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in construction project management with data center experience.
• Experience managing DB/EPC projects with MEP systems.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead DB/EPC design-build projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams.
• Administer prime contracts and subcontracts; manage purchase orders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Develop schedules, cost forecasts, and progress reports.
• Maintain strong client communication and stakeholder relationships.
