Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Director of Operations to lead full lifecycle DB/EPC programs across an assigned portfolio. You will supervise PMO leadership, manage client relationships, contracts, schedules, and budgets, and drive safety, quality, and cost outcomes across multiple projects.

You will coordinate with executive leadership and field operations, maintain program-level portfolio tracking, and ensure compliant, on-time delivery while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Ten or more years in operational or program management of large-scale DB/EPC projects.
• Experience leading multi-site project delivery teams and client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Direct PMO leadership across Project Managers, scheduling, cost, and contracts.
• Oversee DB/EPC programs from pursuit through close-out with cost control and risk management.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence with subcontractor care and procurement oversight.
• Maintain program-level portfolio tracking and client-facing communications.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and field operations on operational decisions.
