Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead DB/EPC programs from pursuit through close-out. You’ll own project delivery, safety, quality, schedule and cost outcomes, coordinate with PMO and field operations, and manage client relationships and contracts.

You’ll supervise Project Managers and teams, drive strategy and portfolio planning, and ensure adherence to budgets and risk controls while fostering accountability and continuous improvement across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted.
• 10+ years of operational/program management experience in power delivery, electrical infrastructure, or advanced technology construction with DB/EPC exposure.
• 7+ years of direct people leadership managing multi-functional project delivery teams.
• Track record of direct client account ownership and executive stakeholder engagement on major construction programs.
• Experience managing GMP, cost-plus, and lump-sum contracts at program level, including change management and billing.
• Knowledge of engineering, design, construction, contracting methods, estimating, scheduling, bidding, prime contracts, PO/subcontracts, field supervision, budget control, safety, QA/QC

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO spanning Project Managers, APMs, Preconstruction, Cost, Scheduling, and Contracts.
• Oversee DB/EPC project teams from inception through completion, including pursuit phase.
• Direct PMO oversight of delivery, escalation protocols, and reporting across Safety, Quality, Execution, and Cost.
• Develop program-level portfolio tracking for schedule, cost, risk, and resource utilization.
• Drive project execution strategy including contract structures and changes; develop preconstruction scope.
• Coordinate engineering design, scheduling, procurement and field construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality plans; manage close-out and warranty.
