Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Director, Operations to lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale Design-Build and EPC programs. You will oversee PMO leadership, client relationships, cost control, and contract administration across multiple projects.

You will manage project teams, drive strategy, and coordinate with executive management to ensure safety, schedule, and budget performance while delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in operational or program management overseeing large-scale power delivery/DB-EPC.
• 7+ years of direct people leadership across multi-functional teams.
• Experience with GMP, cost-plus, and lump-sum contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO and project delivery across multiple large-scale DB/EPC programs.
• Manage client relationships, contracts, and financial performance.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, subcontracting, and cost control.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and field operations.
