Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services company, seeks a Director of Operations to lead end-to-end design-build/EPC programs and drive performance across an assigned portfolio. You will manage project delivery, safety, quality, schedule, and cost while guiding PMO teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires a track record in large-scale power delivery, GMP/cost-plus contracts, and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in operational or program management overseeing large-scale power delivery, DB/EPC programs preferred.
• 7+ years of direct people leadership managing multi-functional project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO teams spanning Project Managers, Preconstruction, Cost, Scheduling, and Contracts.
• Own PMO oversight of project delivery, escalation protocols, and reporting standards across safety, quality, and cost.
• Drive program execution strategy including contract structures, change management, and preconstruction scope development.
• Oversee subcontractor/purchasing scope, bids, and progress payments while ensuring compliance and reporting.
• Develop and maintain schedules, cost models, and dashboards for multiple concurrent projects.
