Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a Director, Operations to lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale Design-Build and EPC programs. You will manage PMO leadership, client relationships, contracts, and financial performance across multiple projects from pursuit through close-out.

The role requires 10+ years in operational management, 7+ years of leadership, and a strong background in engineering and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of operational or program management experience on large-scale power delivery/DB-EPC projects.
• 7+ years of direct people leadership managing multi-functional project delivery teams.
• Experience with GMP, cost-plus, and contract administration at the program level.

Responsibilities

• Leads PMO and project teams from inception through completion; ensures schedule, cost, scope alignment.
• Directs project delivery, procurement, and subcontract management across multi-site programs.
• Oversees cost models, progress payments, and financial reporting for executive reviews.
• Maintains client alignment through program status updates, billing overviews, and issue resolution.
• Develops staffing plans, onboarding, and mentoring to scale portfolio growth.
• Ensures health, safety, and quality plans are followed on all projects.
