Linde Inc. in Taylor, TX seeks a Director of Operations, Electronics to lead all production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality, and operational activities at the Taylor facility.

The role drives safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations and serves as the primary operations liaison with customers. You will oversee cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in industrial gas, bulk, onsite, or related manufacturing operations.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in plant/operations management.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality, and operational activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, environmental regulations, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Direct plant operations and maintenance to meet production, reliability, and customer commitments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations and maintenance team focused on operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Lead change initiatives to improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and business results.
• Build partnerships with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Customer teams.
