The role leads a diverse team, ensures safety and environmental compliance, manages budgets and P&L, and collaborates with regional teams to meet customer goals while advancing efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 15+ years of operational experience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar functions.
• 15+ years in plant management with complex operations experience.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or supplier to semiconductor fabs.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define priorities, plans, and objectives for manufacturing and distribution across multiple plants.
• Direct teams to achieve safety, environmental, and financial goals.
• Develop and manage operational plans and budgets across regions.
• Lead startup and operation of new plants and facilities.
• Mentor and coach plant operations teams and manage performance reviews.
• Interface with electronics team in the US to coordinate planning and projects.
• Manage communication plans with upper management and customers.
