Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a Director of Operations for Electronics in Taylor, TX. You will oversee all production, maintenance, safety, quality, and environmental activities at the Taylor facility, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Strong leadership and strategic execution are required to drive continuous improvement and meet business goals. Ideal candidates bring a decade of plant leadership experience, engineering background, and Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 10 years in industrial gas, bulk, onsite, or related manufacturing operations with 10 years in plant/operations leadership.
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Strong leadership, team development and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality and operational activities.
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and quality standards across the plant.
Direct plant operations and maintenance to meet production and reliability goals.
Build and coach a high-performing operations and maintenance team.
Coordinate resources across functions to support business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across operations.
