Responsibilities

• Lead operations for production and maintenance at the Phoenix site.
• Communicate with the customer on site operations and performance.
• Create and manage complex plans to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance across all plants.
• Develop Lean Six Sigma and cost-reduction projects.
• Manage site budgets and advise on CAPEX and OPEX needs.
• Mentor plant managers and set KPI-driven goals.
