Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in bulk/on-site operations, 5+ years in plant management, and a track record in Lean Six Sigma and cost reduction initiatives, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Engineering degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of bulk and on-site operations experience.
• 5+ years of plant management experience.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; strong planning and execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead operations in production and maintenance at the Phoenix site.
• Communicate with the customer on site operations and performance.
• Develop and manage complex plans to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance across all plants on site.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives and cost-reduction projects.
• Monitor site financial performance and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
• Mentor plant managers and set team goals; drive KPI-based improvements.
