Job summary

Linde in Taylor, Texas is seeking an experienced Operations leader to manage all manufacturing and plant performance at the Taylor Air Separation Plants, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.

You will lead plant teams, develop operational plans, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with other departments and executive leadership to meet business goals and optimize product supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 2 years of operations experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Proven ability to lead operations and drive project execution.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
• Focus on reliability, efficiency, continuous improvement.
• Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking.
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and operational activities for Taylor Air Separation Plants.

• Monitor trends and implement procedures to improve operations.
