Job summary

You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations and serve as the primary operational liaison with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10 years in industrial gas or related manufacturing ops with 10 years of leadership.
• Experience leading ops, maintenance, continuous improvement; Lean Six Sigma certified preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Business acumen to manage operational and financial performance.
• Ability to lead complex projects and influence across functions.
• Willing to travel periodically and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead all production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality, and operational activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
• Direct plant operations and maintenance to meet production, reliability, and customer commitments.
• Lead and develop a high-performing operations and maintenance team.
• Establish priorities and coordinate resources across functions to support business objectives.
• Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and talent development.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, productivity improvements, cost reduction projects, and reliability improvements.
• Lead root cause investigations, 8D reports, after-action reviews, and corrective action plans.
