Job summary

Linde Inc. in Taylor, TX, seeks a Director of Operations, Electronics, to lead all production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality and operational activities at the Taylor facility.

You will ensure safe, reliable plant operation, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the primary liaison with customers, coordinating with Engineering, Reliability, and Supply Chain. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 10 years in manufacturing operations with leadership experience; Lean Six Sigma

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 10 years in industrial gas, bulk, onsite, or related manufacturing operations with leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality, and operations to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.
• Direct plant operations and maintenance to meet production and customer commitments.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and financial performance; participate in long-range planning.
• Collaborate with functions across Ops, Engineering, Reliability, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
