Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates operational strategies for the Account Manager team to ensure the achievement of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Collaborates in developing and implementing operational policies, practices, and procedures.
• Assigns responsibility for specified client locations and disseminates policies and objectives to supervisors/staff.
• Oversees the bid process for all clients.
• Works with Senior Account Managers to determine margin changes on change orders.
• Addresses and resolves escalated client and vendor questions, issues, and concerns.
• Participates in hiring for new Operations team members.
• Provides regular feedback, coaching, and conducts annual performance reviews.
