Chick-fil-A King George, VA is seeking a Director of Operations to drive operational excellence and deliver a remarkable guest experience. You will lead, coach, and develop Chick-fil-A Leaders and Team Members while upholding the company’s mission.

• 3–5 years in multi-unit/high-volume restaurant leadership.

• Provide coaching and accountability to team members at all levels.
• Partner with local Owner/Operator to set and achieve financial goals.
• Monitor labor and food costs and other KPIs.
• Forecast staffing needs and manage scheduling for productivity.
• Set the standard for exceptional customer service.
• Respond to customer feedback with empathy and urgency.
