Job summary
ConnectiveRx seeks a Senior Director, Operational Strategy & Enablement to lead the operational side of business development, RFP responses, and customer-delivery readiness. You’ll partner with Operations, Business Development, Product, Training, Technology, and Implementation to ensure scalable, executable solutions and effective training programs.
You will drive launch excellence, oversee change management, and optimize transitions from sales to service while measuring success through
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Support pre- and post-sale business development and RFP responses.
- Design scalable training strategies for new programs and capabilities.
- Align commercial and operational functions across teams.
- Advance Operational Excellence initiatives and improve launch quality.
- Interact with senior leaders and establish strategic plans.
