Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Sr Director, Program Management to lead Directors, PMs and staff in planning and executing client programs, ensuring timely deliverables and strong client relationships. This leader will mentor teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive KPIs, SLAs, and strategic initiatives across departments.

Successful candidates demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and strong business acumen while guiding efforts to improve operational practices and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client programs.
• Strong understanding of program management lifecycle and SDLC a plus.
• Ability to mentor staff and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand client relationships with new/existing clients and ensure deliverables are met.
• Hire, mentor and evaluate Directors/PMs and staff performance annually.
• Collaborate with program management, product and IT to ensure timely launches and optimize processes.
• Manage portfolio profitability with finance to ensure accurate monthly billing and staffing.
• Provide ongoing client contact and support, delivering action plans for service-related issues.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement enterprise-wide best practices.
