Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Manager, Launch Excellence to lead design and execution of program launches for pharmaceutical brands, focusing on strategic goals, operational effectiveness, risk mitigation, and revenue optimization.

You will partner with product, operations, analytics, and sales to drive requirements, create program design documents, and guide cross-functional teams through launch cycles while ensuring quality and regulatory alignment.

• Strong customer management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex programs and provide strategic guidance.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director, Launch Excellence with program launch design sessions and deliverables, including business requirements and journey diagrams.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and define objectives informing requirements across operations, analytics, quality, and outcomes measurement.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews of process flows, business rules, training materials, and IT documentation for consistency and alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Operations to ensure designs align with ConnectiveRx capabilities and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities during program design to enhance capabilities and delivery.
• Support Project Management by tracking requirements, scope changes, and client deliverables.
• Support sales initiatives at the VP level discretion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel, approximately 10–20%, for meetings and collaboration at other ConnectiveRx locations.
