Qualifications

• Degree in business, operations, healthcare, analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation and workflow redesign.
• Strong MS Office, data analysis, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio of operational transformation initiatives end-to-end.
• Collaborate with sponsors to implement objectives and report outcomes.
• Coordinate across departments to drive adoption and readiness.
• Provide executive-level updates, risks, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for successful implementations.
• Mentor the Operations Initiatives & Execution Coordinator.
