Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Manager, Launch Excellence to drive the design and delivery of program launches and transitions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Lead requirements, journey diagrams, roadmaps, and program design efforts while coordinating with product, operations, analytics, and quality teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in patient services or related fields are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years in patient services or related field.
• Experience in life sciences or healthcare.
• Knowledge of patient support and affordability services.

Responsibilities

• Support program launch design and deliver key artifacts.
• Collaborate with product, operations, analytics and quality.
• Guide requirements, business rules, and journey diagrams.
• Facilitate cross-functional design and roadmaps.
• Track status and adjust requirements with scope changes.
• Support sales initiatives as needed.
