Paycom - ATS is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Bowman Estates of Danville in Danville, IL. This full-time role leads the clinical team to deliver high-quality resident care and ensures regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license (RN preferred), has 2+ years of supervisory experience in senior living, and demonstrates strong communication and compassionate leadership in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess current state nursing licensure (LPN required, RN preferred).
• Minimum of two (2) years nursing supervisory experience.
• Prior senior/supportive living experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members.
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Salary Range: $85000.00 - $95000.00Salary/year

Job Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

• Conducts initial assessment of prospective residents, including off-site visits
• Performs wellness assessments and develops individualized care plans based on the needs and preferences of each resident
• Delivers health promotion services, offers disease prevention counseling, and provides self-care education to residents
• Engages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Fosters communication by regularly engaging with physicians, pertinent healthcare providers, and family members
• Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the clinical team in providing exceptional care experiences
• Coordinates the Community’s infection control program while maintaining state regulatory compliance
• Develop and oversee the Community’s medication management program
• Contributes towardquality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
