Your Job

The Registered Nurse (RN) will oversee Nursing Services for residents, following physician orders and resident needs. The Director of Nursing inherits a 5-star, deficiency-free facility. You will supervise Nursing Services 24/7, ensuring standards meet federal, state, and company regulations. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume operational responsibilities. Your duties include conducting nursing assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within the scope of the State’s Nurse Practice Act.

Principal Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive care plans complying with physician’s orders, regulations, and policies.
• Communicate policies to staff and monitor practice adherence.
• Participate in admissions and visit prospective residents.
• Attend management meetings to discuss resident status, census, personnel, and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing school.
