Position: Director of Nursing

We are looking to add a compassionate and caring Director of Nursing to oversee our senior care services. The role involves:

1. Overseeing the nursing department, including coordination of care, quality of interventions and outcomes, and financial management of clinical services.
2. Interacting with each department within the facility.
3. Leading, motivating, educating, and mentoring licensed and certified staff.

Qualifications:

• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in practicing state.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term care.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferably, at least two (2) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing home, or related healthcare facility.
