Job Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week
Willingness to travel to CO, IA, KS, MN, ND, NE, and SD is required.
Provides temporary leadership in nursing facilities, overseeing resident care standards, optimizing geriatric care, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, performance reviews, and supporting marketing activities. Manages daily operations, including quality of care, safety, budgeting, and compliance. Develops clinical programs and policies, monitors staff performance, and maintains communication across healthcare systems.
