Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Science required; PhD/MD/PharmD preferred.
• 10+ years in biopharmaceutical industry with nephrology focus.
• Experience translating biology into therapeutic hypotheses and programs.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and external collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute nephrology research strategy and portfolio.
• Lead programs from concept through IND readiness with translational focus.
• Manage collaborations with CROs, academia, and biotech partners.
• Develop translational strategies linking mechanism to clinical outcomes.
• Represent Travere at scientific meetings and drive due diligence when needed.
