• Bachelor's degree in Life Science or related discipline is required.
• PhD, MD, PharmD or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in biopharma with nephrology/drug-discovery experience.
• Experience leading collaborations with CROs, academic labs, or biotech partners.

Responsibilities

• Define Travere's nephrology research strategy and portfolio.
• Lead translational research from concept to IND readiness.
• Coordinate target validation, pharmacology, and biomarker strategies.
• Oversee external collaborations and ensure program progress toward IND.
