You will drive adherence to brand standards, implement new initiatives, and ensure high guest satisfaction and product quality across the footprint.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage resources, evaluate performance, and coach managers to achieve sales growth and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 8-10 years of business management experience in food service, including 3-5 years franchising; 3-5 years multi-unit operation.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support 5–8 District Managers and 25–50 restaurants to adhere to company standards and achieve financial success.
• Drive cultural change and operational excellence to improve guest experience and profitability at all levels.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify issues and guide corrective actions.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and develop performance improvement plans with district and general managers.
