Job summary

Denny's in Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and a team of 15–20 crew members. You will drive guest satisfaction, staff development, and cost control while upholding brand standards across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

You'll work with the General Manager to manage budgets, health and safety standards, and local store marketing initiatives, ensuring a high-quality guest experience and smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to work 50–55 hour weeks, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guests: ensure a respectful, enjoyable environment and address guest complaints promptly.
• People: hire, develop, coach, and retain hourly staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Restaurant Operations: direct shift operations to meet standards and optimize guest experience.
• Financials: assist with budgets and analyze reports to improve performance.
• Growth: drive sales and profit through local marketing and suggestive selling.
