Denny's - 5134 in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach an inspired team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will manage shifts, monitor quality and sanitation, and uphold Brand Standards across guest service, safety, and financial performance.

As a key partner to the General Manager, you will drive sales growth, control costs, and champion Denny’s values while maintaining a positive work environment and customer focus.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Solid math skills for cash handling and budgeting.
• Ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work a 50–55 hour week, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for travel if needed.
