Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's preferred.
• Internal Promote: 1+ years as Associate Manager and/or 2 years as First Assistant Manager; External Recruit: 3+ years managing a service concept with full P&L.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve excellence in performance.
• Provide exceptional guest experience through training and accountability for service and food quality.
• Review practices and modify to improve guest experience; maintain visibility with guests and resolve concerns promptly.
