Denny's is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced setting. You will ensure staffing, training, scheduling, and adherence to brand standards, while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include optimizing service speed, quality, and hospitality, managing financials, food safety, and compliance. A strong leader with hospitality know-how will thrive in this role and help drive community engagement and brand growth.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework preferred.
• Minimum of two years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service, high-volume setting.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, sanitation, scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cash controls.
• Ability to manage financial performance including sales, labor costs, and profit-and-loss results.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Lead shifts and ensure proper deployment during peak periods.
• Maintain speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Handle payroll, scheduling, training, and performance discussions.
• Take responsible actions to improve guest satisfaction and financial performance.
