Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees.
• Monitors staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent.
• Ensures training on workstations is implemented and adhered to by management and crew.
• Identifies internal candidates for management and Team Leader positions.
• Manages daily operations to achieve excellence in restaurant performance.
• Reviews practices and maintains guest service and food quality in line with policies.
• Focuses on increasing sales and profitability by executing the Service Profit Chain.
