Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, building operations, supervisory experience in management, budgeting, vendor management, operations and maintenance.
• May require knowledge of mechanical, electrical, UPS or DDC systems.
• Strong supervisory background and customer service experience.
• Excellent time management and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery on contract promises.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for improvement and best practice across the account.
• Responsible for innovation at account including deploying resources in Corporate Garage activities.
• PMO responsibility delivering on time, budget and quality of prioritized projects.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to identify and roll-out project support.
• Engage in a network to share best practices.
