ISS Guckenheimer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead on-site technical services in a premium hospitality environment. You will be the single point of escalation for all onsite technical services and partner with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
You will oversee engineering operations across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems, develop the on-site team, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance.

This role requires the ability to work in an active facilities environment, including lifting up to 80 lbs, standing/walking/climbing daily, exposure to mechanical systems, and working under time-sensitive conditions.
