ISS Facility Services - North America seeks an Assistant Manager to lead site operations, ensuring client satisfaction and compliant service delivery. You will oversee purchasing, inventory, and maintenance while driving monthly budget performance and staff development.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, strong communication, and hospitality industry knowledge, with a track record of managing teams and delivering customer-centered solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven leadership skills with a history of effective management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff and clients.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Must comply with all SERV Safe and HACCP programs and standards.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions to ensure monthly budgets are hit.
• Demonstrate an elevated level of accountability and self-awareness.
• Build teams to be customer focused and solutions oriented, all while being flexible in constant change.
• Maintain service standards and CPEs of the client.
