Crunchyroll is seeking a Director, Membership Value & LTV to drive long-term subscriber profitability. You will connect performance across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization to shape strategy and investments that boost lifetime value.

You will partner with CDI, Finance, Product, and Growth teams to translate data into action, prioritizing opportunities that maximize value across global markets. Hybrid work aligns with our Dallas presence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in growth, commercial strategy, membership strategy, or business operations in a direct‑to‑consumer context.
• Strong ability to translate data insights into clear recommendations that drive profitability.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics) to implement actions.

Responsibilities

• Build an integrated view of subscriber value across acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and reactivation.
• Diagnose changes in LTV, cohort quality, payback, ARPU, churn, and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve subscriber value across pricing, payments, and the broader Crunchyroll ecosystem.
• Lead membership value reviews and present clear recommendations to senior leaders.
