Invited is seeking a Director Member Experience at a Private Golf & Country Club in Montgomery, TX. This pivotal role drives the member journey from onboarding to retention, shaping programs, events, and communications that enhance engagement and revenue.

The ideal candidate brings extensive hospitality experience, leadership in a cross-functional team, and expertise in member communications and CRM systems to foster a vibrant member community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the member experience strategy to improve retention and engagement across departments.
• Partner with the General Manager and department heads on revenue-generating strategies.
• Leverage data analytics to monitor member engagement trends and optimize retention.
• Plan and execute member events and programs aligned with the club’s mission.
• Oversee onboarding and early tenure management for new members.
• Implement a multi-channel communication strategy to convey club initiatives.
