The role reports to the VP/GM and focuses on sales growth, client strategy, and operational excellence, with strong emphasis on coaching and HR functions to build a top-tier team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail leadership, preferably in luxury retail, with a track record of achieving sales and customer service goals.
• Strong business acumen, including understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L), payroll management, and controllable expenses.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a management team, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Experience driving sales growth through client engagement strategies and team development.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leadership to ensure high-performance results around Operations KPIs.
• Understand the Profit & Loss (P&L) and ensure store controllable expenses are in line with business trends.
• Directly oversee a Core Management Team and provide coaching to develop, motivate, and train all associates.
• Lead recruitment efforts and fill open roles with urgency to maintain staffing levels.
