Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in luxury retail.
• Strong customer service mindset and clienteling focus.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Organized, detail oriented and process-driven.
• Passion for luxury/fashion, art and design; product knowledge.
• Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and exceed KPIs by leading the store team.
• Develop and implement business plans and local market strategies.
• Represent Prada local market and build client relationships to increase footfall.
• Coach the team, ensure proper onboarding and succession planning.
• Maintain store standards, cash handling, inventory, and reporting per head office.
