Job summary

flyExclusive in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Director of MRO Sales to lead revenue growth for FAA Part 145 services, including airframe maintenance, avionics, paint, interior refurbishment, and AOG/Mobile Service Unit support.

You will own the full MRO sales cycle—from pipeline building to quotes and closing—while collaborating with MRO operations and production leadership to optimize capacity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Aviation, Business, Aerospace, or related discipline preferred.
• 5–10 years of proven experience selling aviation-related products or services.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors; act as the main interface with customers.
• Work with the VP of MRO to ensure customer schedules and expectations are met.
• Assist in preparation and execution of contracts, exhibits and attachments; ensure insurance certificates and bonds are provided.
• Manage change orders with Program Managers and Maintenance Admins; negotiate and secure signatures.
• Participate in meetings related to contract formation and performance.
• Participate in marketing conferences and industry events.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable opportunities.
• Present market research and growth strategies to executives.
