The Director of MRO Sales will drive revenue growth for the FAA Part 145 services, overseeing airframe maintenance, avionics, paint, interior refurbishment, and AOG/Mobile Service Unit support for third-party operators and owners.

The role requires building a pipeline, quoting and closing work packages, and partnering with operations and production leadership to convert capacity into profit.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5–10 years of proven experience selling aviation-related products or services.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Comprehensive background check including employment, education, criminal history and related information.

• Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Own the full MRO sales cycle from pipeline to quotes and close.
• Collaborate with MRO operations and production leadership to align on capacity and delivery.
• Develop sales strategy and lead the MRO sales team.
• Represent flyExclusive's MRO brand at industry events and conferences.
