Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Director of Learning & Performance to lead learning initiatives across NF, shaping design, delivery, and measurement. You will partner with executive leaders to translate strategy into scalable learning programs, leveraging AI and innovative tools to uplift sales skills and performance.

You will manage a team of professionals, drive governance of learning assets, and ensure effective budgeting and cross-functional collaboration with business units such as Group Benefits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, psychology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 & 26 license required within 120 days of hire.
• Ten+ years of experience in learning technologies; five+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementation and priorities across learning initiatives; align with business goals.
• Own the Seismic LXP transition and ongoing adoption and governance.
• Partner with NF business lines to design and deliver learning solutions.
• Develop design and development strategy and governance for learning assets.
• Evaluate learning programs using the Kirkpatrick model or similar frameworks.
