Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development; 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience with LMS and regulatory training.
• Ability to travel between locations.
• Experience in regulated multi-site settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement enterprise L&D priorities through plans and schedules.
• Oversee delivery of onboarding, compliance, and role-specific learning.
• Coach and develop L&D staff and instructors.
• Coordinate materials, environments, and vendor services.
• Monitor participation, completion, and quality through LMS reports.
• Ensure staff training records meet requirements.
