Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is hiring a Senior Instructional Design Specialist to lead the development and evaluation of training programs for field and corporate teams.

You will partner with Field Operations to identify training needs and design solutions that align with company strategy. You will manage end-to-end design, coach a learning design team, oversee LMS and video creation, and measure training effectiveness to improve performance and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience designing training for diverse learning styles and delivery methods.
• Proven ability to design, update, and evaluate training programs.
• Knowledge of LMS usage and curriculum development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end instructional design processes for training across divisions.
• Coach and develop the learning design team.
• Coordinate with People Development and Operations for delivery methods.
• Analyze training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Liaise between Retail Support Center and field to champion initiatives.
• Lead video production and eLearning content planning and editing.
• Adopt industry standards and test new training approaches.
