Nationwide is seeking a Director, Learning & Performance to lead the Design Team within Sales Development & Training, driving innovative learning design and scalable content across NF business lines. This hybrid role, based in Columbus, OH, will partner with sales leaders and deliver measurable impact through learning initiatives.

The position requires FINRA Series 6 & 26 within 120 days and a track record of directing learning strategies, measurement, and team development in a corporate

Qualifications

• Experience leading learning design and development across multiple business lines.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership to translate strategy into learning initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, change management, and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Design Team within NF SD&T and manage 5–7 direct reports.
• Own the Seismic LXP transition, adoption, governance, and optimization post-launch.
• Drive innovative learning design using available tools and enable scalable content development.
• Uplift sales skills across NF business lines and translate gaps into learning solutions.
• Manage budget, resources, and branding of all training activities.
