Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• 5+ years leading managers and large, dispersed teams.
• Experience leading large-scale learning transformation and change initiatives.
• Experience leveraging learning analytics to measure outcomes.
• Experience managing learning budgets and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide learning strategy aligned with growth and patient experience goals.
• Oversee onboarding programs for remote, hybrid, and field-based employees.
• Lead learning technology ecosystem including LMSs, authoring tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with Technology and Operations to evaluate and implement learning technologies.
• Establish governance and metrics for AI-powered learning and development tools.
• Lead a high-performing, regionally dispersed team and manage budgets and vendors.
