Job summary

Practifi seeks a Learning & Enablement leader to own content and certification across product lines, sitting with Product and Marketing during releases. You will lead a team, shape learning strategy, and own the content lifecycle across knowledge bases, portals, and vignette library, with a focus on client adoption and measurable outcomes.

You’ll partner across Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Client Support, shaping the learning vision and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning, enablement, or technical training.
• Experience leading a content and LMS estate at scale.
• Partner with Product or Engineering on release-driven content.
• Open an org and read a permission set before writing content.

Responsibilities

• Define learning strategy from onboarding to client certification.
• Lead the learning team: learning experience designer, technical writer, training consultants, and learning operations.
• Coordinate release planning as a peer to Product and Marketing; manage the content cycle across KBs, portals, and vignette library.
• Manage client-specific learning environments alongside PractifiU, from build through retirement.
• Oversee the Learning budget and reporting that ties learning engagement to product adoption.
